21st Century roadside assistance applies to labor only. That is the cost of a roadside technician to service your vehicle and towing to the nearest repair facility. The cost of parts such as tires, batteries, belts and gasoline are not covered.

History

21st Century Insurance was founded in 1958 by Louis W. Foster. At the time, it was called 20th Century Insurance. In 2005, AIG purchased the company, and Farmers Insurance GroupⓇ acquired it four years later.

Today, 21st Century provides insurance for over 10 million households, with more than 20 million individual policies under Farmers Insurance. Its headquarters now reside in Wilmington, Delaware.
