History in the making

For over a decade we’ve been serving clients in the insurance lead generation space:

  • 2000 Dot-com crash ushers in era of uncertainty for online marketing
  •   Brothers Scott and Rob Peyree start World Class Strategy as an internet development consultancy headquartered in Seattle. Within a year, childhood friend John Anderson and their father Tom Peyree join WorldClass as full partners
  • 2001 WorldClass begins offering online marketing and lead generation services to its clients
  • 2002 The first Online Education and Insurance clients begin using WorldClass’ lead generation platform
  • 2003 EarnMyDegree.com launches, matching thousands of future students with online learning programs
  • 2004 Google goes public
  • 2005 Team formed to begin work on QuoteWizard
  • 2006 QuoteWizard.com launches and begins to help insurance shoppers compare quotes from local agents and top companies
  • 2007 WorldClass and EarnMyDegree sold to Halyard Capital, QuoteWizard.com sets up shop as a stand alone company
  •   Due to the growth in the industry, LeadsCon is formed as a large national conference to service the rapidly growing lead generation industry
  • 2008 QuoteWizard moves into the 4th floor of the Interurban Building in historic Pioneer Square
  • 2009 Q1 - QuoteWizard grows agent network to over 1,000
  •   QuoteWizard sees tremendous growth, pushing revenues up 5,950% over 2007
  •   Q3 - QuoteWizard grows agent network to over 2,000
  • 2010 Q1 - QuoteWizard grows agent network to over 3,000
  •   QuoteWizard recognized by Inc 500 as fastest growing privately held company in Washington State
  •   Q3 - QuoteWizard grows agent network to over 4,000
  • 2011 Life Insurance product relaunched
  •   Q3 - QuoteWizard grows agent network to over 5,000
  • 2012 QuoteWizard enters a new phase of growth, investing heavily in technology and manpower in order to improve the comparison experience
  •   Q4 - QuoteWizard grows agent network to over 6,000
  • 2013 QuoteWizard now has over 100 employees
  •   Q1 - QuoteWizard grows agent network to over 7,000 
  • 2014 QuoteWizard launches health insurance product
  •   QuoteWizard now occupies 4 of the 5 leasable floors of the historic Interurban Building in Pioneer Square
  • 2015 QuoteWizard now employs over 150 people
  •  Q3 - QuoteWizard launches a call product, allowing insurance shoppers to directly connect with agents
  •   Q4 - QuoteWizard grows agent network to over 8,000
  • 2016 QuoteWizard opens office in Denver to expand technology operations
  •  Q2 - QuoteWizard celebrates 10th anniversary with Party For The Park, benefitting Pioneer Square's Occidental Park Summer Events
  •   QuoteWizard launches insurance agent directory to better connect shoppers with a local agent 
  •   CEO Scott Peyree named to Puget Sound Business Journal's 40 under 40 
  •   QuoteWizard launches QuoteWizard Marketing, offering marketing services dedicated to insurance agents and carriers
