History

Infinity Insurance was founded in 1955 in Anniston, Alabama. At the time, it was known as the Dixie Insurance Company. Fast forward to 1991, and Pennsylvania Company buys the Infinity Group. It was not until 2002 that the company’s named officially changed to Infinity Property and Casualty Corporation, when the American Financial Group transfers all common stock of Infinity and its sister companies. In 2003, the company officially went into public offering on NASDAQ.

File a claim with Infinity.

Once you file a claim, you’ll be assigned an Infinity Claims rep to handle the rest of the process. The rep may be assisted by an appraiser as well. You’ll be assigned a claim number to help keep track of your current and any future claims.
