We are currently seeking a highly motivated, resourceful, and goal-oriented person for the full-time position of SEM specialist. Candidate should have a proven track record with Performance-oriented Google SEM buying. Candidate must also have the ability to handle multiple projects at one time, be collaborate in a team environment, and be able to think outside the box in coming up with new revenue impacting ideas.

Responsibilities:

  • Use your experience to analyze & grow conversion rates, monetization, and SEM profits.
  • Recommend innovative and new ideas.

Requirements:

  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2+ years of digital media buying experience.
  • SEM experience in Google/Bing/Yahoo.
  • Very strong Microsoft Office and Internet skills. (SQL a plus but not required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently/efficiently and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Office Manager

QuoteWizard is looking for an experienced Office Manager for our Seattle office. The ideal candidate is a driven person who can juggle multiple responsibilities, can work individually and as part of a team, and can pick up new responsibilities as needed. This individual will be a part of the Finance team and will report to the CFO.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing front desk duties (greeting guests and vendors, distributing mail, keeping lobby area clean).
  • Communicating office- and company-wide messages as appropriate.
  • Ordering supplies including office supplies, semi-monthly Costco orders, occasional office furniture orders, and other items as needed.
  • Coordinating maintenance requests with building management and outside vendors.
  • Overseeing company travel including maintaining the Concur booking platform and booking for executives.
  • Booking events including company and smaller group teambuilding outings, offsite meetings, catering, etc.
  • Occasionally assisting the Finance team and executives with miscellaneous task.
  • Miscellaneous tasks as needed (finding a last minute birthday cake, coordinating a Thanksgiving potluck, shipping items to our Denver or Sacramento offices, etc.).

Desired experience:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in an administrative position with increasing responsibilities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Travel booking
  • Event planning
  • Office space and furniture planning and coordination

Soft skills:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Sense of humor and ability to have fun while getting things done
